With that said, we have not increased our prices and will be offering specials on services. It is important to us that your valuable garments still receive the attention and care they need. |

In this industry, prices will vary from service to service and where we may not beat every price across the board, our White Glove Service will ensure you the finest cleaning, repairs, alterations and remodeling work in the industry. |

 ?: Are your Cleaners, Designers, Furriers and Finishers qualified to work on my garments?A: Every one of our experts has more than 25+ years of experience in their prospective fields. In fact, some of our workers started as apprentices when they were teenagers and are now among the finest craftsman in our industry. |
 ?: How long has the Cleaning Specialist Organization been around?A: Founded in 1972 by the late Lou Ruggiero, we still continue to use the same cleaning products and philosophies he developed almost 40 years ago.  ?: How safe is your Storage Vault?A: Our vault is a fully alarmed "AA" Standard Security Vault, monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a central station. Our facility is also under video surveillance 24 hours a day. |
 ?: Is your storage vault cold and climate controlled?A: Our vaults are completely climate controlled! We regulate temperature, humidity, and light while maintaining a 40-degree environment. Our vaults are monitored daily to insure there is no variation to the controlled climate. This White Glove Service will add years to the life of your garment. |

 ?: Is heat really that bad for my fur?A: Heat is among the leading enemies of your fur! It can dry our your fur, permanently damaging the skins beyond repair. Your garment must be in a climate-controlled environment April through October to prolong the skins life. |
 ?What should I do if my garment gets wet?A: Water and moisture are not kind to furs. In some cases minor dampness is unavoidable, and may be able to be addressed at home, however we strongly urge you to contact your White Glove Specialist. Together we can discuss the state of your garment and how best to address the need. |

 ?: What kind of repairs are you capable of?A: At the Cleaning Specialist Organization we perform all repairs, from a button or snap, to a simple alteration, to a complete remodeling of your garment! No repair is too small or too big and is always given the White Glove Touch. |
 ?: When making an alteration or a remodeling of my valuable garment, how important is the fit?A: There is simply nothing more important than the fit of your fine garment! Our White Glove team specializes in taking an ill fitted piece and turning it into the most beautifully fit garment - made just for you. |

Our designer has an impeccable reputation and had designed for years at a famous Italian design house. She is a skilled pattern maker as well as a fur expert with experience that cannot be bought. She works one-on-one with our clients ascertaining their needs and then guides them through the myriad of choices for their fur |
 ?: Do you clean UGG® Boots and accessories?A: We are UGG® Boot cleaning experts! We can clean all accessories, including hats, scarves, gloves, boots and all home accessories including bed- spreads, throws and Oriental Carpets. |

At the Cleaning Specialist Organization, it is our primary goal to make our customers satisfied, 100% of the time.  ?: Are you available after business hours in the event of a problem with my fur?A: Yes we make it a point to be available for you. Most calls, regardless of when they came in, will be returned with in 2 hours. Normal business hours are Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. |
